**All signs are hand crafted on 1/2" thick premium material as its base.  We sourced our premium materials like our wood from local sawmills in Ohio and West Virgina. Your purchase will help our other local small business. 

*Process* 
We pick the perfect piece of material for the application we source our products for local suppliers. Preferably small business. Small business helping small businesses. 
We cut the material to size with our table saw 
carefully use the router table to chamfer the edge of the project
Program the laser of what the customer' message says 
Take the project to the sanding area while the laser does its thing and sand then sand some more until the front panel is finely sanded to 120 grit. Then smoothed off with a 220 grit. 
Get ready for stain of the customer's choice. 
Then finish assembly 
Depending on size and message size of the project. It takes about 3 hours to finish assembly 
then 24hrs cure time of the protective coat.
